Payment Terms

Payment terms: We ask for 5% of the purchase price to be paid on order, 50% on commencement of the work and the balance on delivery.

All items and materials remain the property of Caleb Josiah Shepherd Huts until paid in full

Delivery Charges

Standard Huts

The following charges apply for huts delivered using a 4x4 vehicle and trailer combination:

Less than or equal to 250 miles - £1.55/mile

For journeys greater than 250 miles, in addition to a £1.55/mile delivery charge a fee of no more than £80 will be levied to cover the cost of accommodation. For every 250 mile part of the journey there after, an additional accommodation fee of no more than £80 will be charged.

Large Huts

To be delivered using a hiab and low loader combination - price on application.
